Summary: The role of Scrum Master / Project Manager involves leading Agile delivery within a dynamic team, primarily in a remote capacity with occasional travel to London. The position requires proven experience in complex enterprise environments, particularly in delivering ERP and retail system implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies. This is an initial 3-6 month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex enterprise environments.
- Deliver ERP and retail system implementations, ideally in a global or multi-market context.
- Tailor Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies to fit organizational needs.
- Drive clarity and momentum in a dynamic environment while managing ambiguity.
- Utilize Jira and potentially Azure DevOps for project management.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and facilitate communication across all levels.
- Guide teams through agile transformation in a pragmatic, delivery-focused manner.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Experience in delivering ERP and retail system implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and understanding of Azure DevOps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
