Summary: The role involves leading multiple Agile squads focused on data ingestion, transformation, and cloud-native services within a regulated banking environment. The Scrum Master/Product Owner/Agile lead will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track delivery metrics, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with data architecture and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Agile squads delivering data ingestion, transformation, and cloud-native data services.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
- Track and report on delivery metrics such as burn-down, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Architects, Engineers, and Business SMEs.
- Support delivery of data pipelines, master/reference data layers, data quality and profiling services, APIs, and data lineage/governance solutions.
- Maintain RAID logs, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to Barclays’ controls framework.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives, ensuring predictable sprint delivery and high team velocity. Track and report on delivery metrics such as burn-down, cycle time, throughput, and flow efficiency , driving continuous improvement across distributed teams. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Architects, Engineers, and Business SMEs , ensuring alignment with data architecture, security, and regulatory requirements including GDPR and BCBS239 . Support delivery of data pipelines, master/reference data layers, data quality and profiling services, APIs, customer identity resolution, and data lineage/governance solutions . Maintain RAID logs , manage risks and dependencies, and ensure adherence to Barclays’ controls framework, audit, and change management standards .
