Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders to ensure effective backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments or blockers that affect the team’s ability to deliver.
  • Ensure Agile principles are upheld while adapting approaches to suit networking and infrastructure-related delivery.
  • Support the team in maintaining high levels of performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between networking engineers, architects, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Help in risk identification, mitigation planning, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Drive adoption of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and continuous delivery practices.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software or infrastructure/networking environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
  • Networking knowledge or experience – familiarity with network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, SDN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure), or enterprise IT networking.
