Summary: We are looking for a Scrum Master with a strong background in Networking to lead Agile practices across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have deep Agile expertise and hands-on experience in enterprise networking or telecom environments. This role involves guiding Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration between technical stakeholders. The Scrum Master will also drive the adoption of Agile tools and practices while maintaining high performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through Agile ceremonies and best practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and technical stakeholders to ensure effective backlog grooming and sprint prioritization.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments or blockers that affect the team’s ability to deliver.
- Ensure Agile principles are upheld while adapting approaches to suit networking and infrastructure-related delivery.
- Support the team in maintaining high levels of performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between networking engineers, architects, and other cross-functional teams.
- Help in risk identification, mitigation planning, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Drive adoption of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and continuous delivery practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software or infrastructure/networking environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Networking knowledge or experience – familiarity with network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, SDN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure), or enterprise IT networking.
- Experience working with DevOps, IT operations, or network engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in fast-paced environments.
