Summary: The role of Scrum Master requires a motivated individual with a strong background in Networking or Telecom to lead Agile teams in delivering secure networking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.) to support data-driven decisions
- Align team outputs with networking project goals (e.g., SD-WAN, LAN/WAN upgrades, network automation)
- Coordinate with engineering leads and architects on solution design and deployment
- Act as a bridge between Agile processes and traditional network operations
Key Skills:
- 3+ years as a Scrum Master in Agile software or infrastructure environments
- Strong background in Networking or Telecom, preferably with hands-on experience in: Routing & Switching (e.g., OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- Network Security (e.g., Firewalls, VPN)
- Wireless technologies or SDN/NFV is a plus
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and network automation tools (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills
