- Implement sprint review best practices and techniques.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master.
- Experience leading Agile teams as part of Agile transformation.
- Proficient in day-to-day Agile team execution and issue resolution.
- Thorough understanding of backlog grooming and relative estimating.
- Experience in release planning and sprint planning.
- Knowledge of various retrospective techniques.
- Expertise in using Jira and Confluence.
