Summary: Templeton and Partners are seeking a Scrum Master with a media/broadcasting background to support Scrum and Agile practices for a global client. The role involves leading two Scrum Teams, facilitating Scrum events, and ensuring effective communication and delivery within the teams. The position requires significant experience in technology Scrum Teams and Agile development processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cover 2 Scrum Teams, who work in the same front-end domain.
- Support SAFe events including PI Planning.
- Support Readiess activity for PI Planning, including dependency, risk and feature refinement.
- Attend and lead squad planning during the PI planning event.
- Accountable for squad delivery and visibility of the plan.
- Proactively manage and communicate risks, issues and impacts to the PI plan.
- Support and work with the wider scrum master community across the value stream to participate in continuous improvement activity.
- Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible.
- Help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Understand product planning in an empirical environment.
- Ensure the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.
- Understand and practice agility.
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Assist the product organization refine the user stories to ensure they are constructed with all the required information.
- Coach the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Help the Development Team to create high-value products.
- Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress.
- Facilitate all team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up / Scrum, Refinement Session, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Lead and coach the organization in its Scrum adoption.
- Plan Scrum implementations within the organization.
- Help employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.
- Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
- Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization.
Key Skills:

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM).
