Scrum Master - Manchester

Atrium EMEA are looking for an accomplished Scrum Master to support with the adoption of agile processes and to guide the Scrum teams. 50% onsite work in Manchester. PAYE/Umbrella/inside IR35.

Essential:

Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working
Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent
Confident and skilled at identifying and navigating through roadblocks/impediments
Unafraid to "go to bat" for the team
Communicates openly and effectively, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment.
