Summary: A Scrum Master with Financial Services experience is sought for a 12-month hybrid contract role, requiring two days on-site in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities:
- Support squad/agile team leaders in enabling work to flow through established Lean-agile workflows.
- Provide coaching and support for squad/agile team members to foster lean-agile thinking and method adoption.
- Lead key lean-agile events within the delivery cadence, including Daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and Planning sessions.
- Upskill teams on lean-agile tooling to support overall method adoption.
- Assist teams in executing against key initiatives within the agile model.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Lean-agile methodologies.
- Ability to coach and support agile teams effectively.
- Experience leading agile events such as Daily Scrums and Retrospectives.
