• Lead teams in transforming to Agile ways of working
• Be responsible for complex initiatives in cross-functional and cross-located teams
• Influence, motivate, and support other Scrum Masters
• Influence Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure maximum value delivery
• Contribute to the strategic direction of products delivered
