Summary: The Scrum Master role is an 11-month initial contract position based in Gaydon, requiring hybrid working with two days on-site each week. The successful candidate will coach the team in Scrum practices and ensure clarity in goals and scope while managing the Product Backlog. This position is within a Luxury Automotive OEM, emphasizing the need for relevant experience and qualifications. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching the team to understand the Scrum framework and practices
- Guiding the team through execution of the Scrum practices, to deliver outcomes prioritized by the Scrum Product Owner
- Helping ensure that goals and scope are clear for the team
- Identifying tools for Product Backlog management
- Supporting team's efforts to create high value product
Key Skills:
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs, in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
- Scrum Master certification is desirable
- Automotive experience
- Project Management
- University Bachelor's Degree
