Summary: The Scrum Master role is a 6-month contract based in Telford, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site each week. The position focuses on facilitating agile ceremonies, ensuring effective use of JIRA and Confluence, and fostering a high-performing team environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in agile methodologies and strong stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including scrums, sprint planning, demos, workshops, and retrospectives.
- Ensure consistent use of JIRA and Confluence across teams.
- Communicate team progress and intent at delivery boards and working groups.
- Protect teams from distractions and foster a high-performing, motivated environment.
- Promote urgency and pace to meet critical delivery milestones.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams across complex programmes.
- Familiarity with agile tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
