Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves managing a team of 50 to deliver ongoing project and service work, collaborating closely with experienced Delivery Leads. Responsibilities include overseeing daily project activities, running scrums, monitoring timelines, and managing risks. The position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to a talented delivery team in a hybrid working environment. This is a 6-month initial contract based in Telford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project and live team activities.
- Assign tasks to team members and run scrum meetings.
- Monitor project tasks to ensure timelines are on track.
- Identify risks and manage project timelines.
- Share reports with Delivery Leads for larger projects.
- Manage live tickets and incidents.
- Plan monthly work allocation.
- Support with DTX and AVFs.
- Conduct team retrospectives and improvement sessions.
- Hold weekly live meetings with Service Delivery Managers.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master.
- Project delivery experience.
- PSM1 certification (nice to have).

Role Purpose / Summary
Experienced Scrum Master working alongside other Scrum Masters within a team of 50 delivering a constant stream of project and service work. You will be working alongside a number of experienced Delivery Leads to deliver a constant stream of projects in conjunction with client requirements. Managing day to day project and live team activities, assigning out tasks to the team, running scrum, monitoring project tasks to ensure timelines are on track, calling out risks and when projects are going off track, project timelines, sharing reports with DLs for larger projects compiled collaboratively, managing live tickets and incidents, monthly work allocation planning, supporting with DTX and AVFs. Back-end processes for delivery team. You'll be running team retro's, holding sessions with the engineers to explore improvements, managing monthly LSMs. Weekly live meetings with the Service Delivery Managers to ensure all release and monthly live service maintenance are married up in the delivery plan.
