The Role: The Digital Solutions team is at the start of a journey to move to agile development and delivery practices to deliver value faster across the business, ensure user needs are at the forefront of all development and drive innovation in digital delivery. This role will be crucial in delivering this vision by overseeing the workflows of the agile development teams across Digital Solutions team, ensuring agreed development tasks are delivered, challenges are unblocked and ultimate velocity is achieved to ensure the timely release of digital products in adherence to our digital principles. They will work closely with key stakeholders from across the business, as well as external suppliers to ensure products meet user needs, as well as providing agile coaching to the development teams to develop current agile practices. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. We may be happy to consider offering reduced hours. This appointment is a fixed term contract for 12 months (or the earlier return of the substantive post holder) to cover a period of maternity leave.
The interview date is currently anticipated to be held week commencing 15 September 2025, with the start date anticipated to be 01 November 2025.
