Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves facilitating Scrum-related meetings and enabling development teams to adopt Agile principles. The position is based in Northampton and requires on-site presence two days a week for a six-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking team progress and improving communication within the team. This role is offered through an umbrella company arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate various Scrum-related meetings such as daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Enable development teams to practice Agile principles.
• Assist with backlog maintenance.
• Improve transparency and radiate information through internal and external communication.
• Possess solid knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Help the team achieve its goals by teaching and coaching Agile, implementing and supporting Agile principles, and identifying and eliminating impediments.
