Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves facilitating Agile practices within a development team, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking. The position is based in Northampton and requires on-site presence two days a week for a six-month contract. The Scrum Master will be responsible for coaching the team in Agile methodologies and improving overall team performance. This role is offered through an umbrella company arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate various Scrum-related meetings such as daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
• Enable development teams to practice Agile principles.
• Assist with backlog maintenance.
• Improve transparency and radiate information through internal and external communication.
• Possess solid knowledge of tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Help the team achieve its goals by teaching and coaching Agile, implementing and supporting Agile principles, and identifying and eliminating impediments.
