Key Responsibilities:

  • Stepping into one or more delivery teams to lift Scrum maturity and ways of working
  • Running all Scrum ceremonies with purpose, pace, and clear outcomes
  • Identifying where agile practices are falling short and putting practical fixes in place
  • Removing blockers and reducing friction so teams can focus on delivery
  • Partnering closely with Product Owners to sharpen backlogs and prioritisation
  • Coaching teams and stakeholders on agile principles and expectations
  • Working with senior leaders to improve delivery visibility and planning confidence
  • Shielding teams from unnecessary noise while staying aligned to commercial priorities
  • Using delivery metrics to drive insight, predictability, and continuous improvement
  • Supporting the wider reset and standardisation of agile practices across the business

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a SaaS or product-led environment
  • Track record of improving delivery in immature or struggling agile teams
  • Strong, hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean frameworks
  • Experience operating within active or stalled agile transformations
  • Confident communicator able to influence at team and leadership level
  • Skilled facilitator across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable driving change without formal authority
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or similar) preferred

This SAAS, product-led organisation builds technology that genuinely supports employee wellbeing and engagement. They’re at a pivotal point in their agile journey and need an experienced Scrum Master to bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to delivery teams.

Role Overview:

Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid (2 days per week on-site)

Package: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum (pro rata, 6-month FTC)

What You’ll Be Doing:
