Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage and communicate the scope, timeline, and commitments of the team with the wider business.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices, focusing on user story refinement.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring backlogs and sprint boards are up to date.
- Partner with adjacent business functions to shape delivery approaches and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Promote value-driven prioritization and continuous improvement.
