Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves leading two engineering teams in a critical project aimed at transforming a Legacy Finance system for a prominent retail brand. The contract is for six months and is largely remote with occasional travel to London. Sanderson Recruitment is partnering with a leading retail brand to recruit an experienced Scrum Master to support two engineering teams working on a transformation of a Legacy Finance system. This is a critical project that requires someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and capable of guiding teams through Agile ways of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex Agile environment

  • Strong understanding of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
