Summary: The Scrum Master role in London involves guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals.

- Monitor sprint progress using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Rally, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
