Summary: The Scrum Master role is a contract position based in London, requiring an experienced professional to lead Agile teams within a Financial Services organization. - Drive continuous improvement and team performance
Key Skills:
- 4+ years of Scrum Master experience within Financial Services
- 4+ years of Jira experience
- 4+ years of SDLC experience
- Strong experience leading Agile ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CSM or PSM certification preferred

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile teams within Finacial Services firms, driving continuous improvement. You should also have strong experience managing delivery, releases, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams.
