Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating end-to-end Scrum ceremonies to keep delivery teams aligned and productive
- Coaching teams on Agile principles, helping embed strong Scrum practices
- Removing delivery blockers and ensuring smooth, predictable flow of value
- Partnering with Product Owners to maintain and refine prioritised backlogs
- Driving continuous improvement across squads and wider transformation programmes
- Supporting Agile governance, reporting, and delivery consistency across workstreams
- Helping scale Agile ways of working across multiple teams where required
- Engaging with stakeholders across business, tech, and transformation functions
- Supporting cultural and behavioural change within client organisations adopting Agile
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
- Strong background in digital transformation or consultancy-led projects
- Experience in Insurance, ideally motor focused
- Solid understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and iterative delivery
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Confident facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills across seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

They are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support high-performing delivery teams, with a strong focus on insurance-sector transformation programmes.
Role Overview
Location: Central London/Hybrid (1-2 days per week)
Day Rate: £500- £600 per day
Outside IR35
Contract Length: 3 Months with scope for extension

What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitating end-to-end Scrum ceremonies to keep delivery teams aligned and productive
