Summary: Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading Agile delivery for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a servant leader, promoting Agile values and principles throughout the organization.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and demos.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and global clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity, autonomy, and agility.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
- Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Remove impediments and support changes that improve team performance and efficiency.
- Champion a Lean-Agile mindset and continuously drive process improvements.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–12 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, principles, and software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and influence stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
