Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a servant leader, promoting Agile values and principles throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and demos.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and global clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with evolving business needs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance productivity, autonomy, and agility.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Skills:
