Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with the PMO to integrate agile practices with project management standards and processes.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage backlogs, and document key project information.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.

The Role
You will work in an agile environment as part of a product and implementation team using Jira and Confluence to manage and track project progress. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Collaborate with the PMO to ensure agile practices are integrated with project management standards and processes. Utilize Jira and Confluence to track project progress, manage backlogs, and document key project information. Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
About You
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within a PMO environment. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management principles.
