Summary: The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in a global systems transformation programme for a leading FMCG business, focusing on agile delivery across various markets including Retail and Food & Beverage. This position involves facilitating agile ceremonies, coaching teams on agile principles, and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Help implement and maintain the agile framework across teams.
  • Serve as a supportive leader, removing roadblocks and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with the Programme Manager, Project Manager, and Business Analysts to align goals and priorities.
  • Coach team members on agile principles to enhance collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor sprint progress, identify risks, and proactively address challenges.
  • Collaborate with Business Implementation Teams for smooth solution integration.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within timelines and budgets without compromising quality.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience in delivering ERP-focused transformation programmes in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and process alignment.
  • Ability to define, lead, and optimize sprint cycles and agile artifacts.
  • Experience managing Jira and delivery reporting with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and make confident decisions under pressure.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
