What you'll be doing
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the project
- Remove blockers and impediments impacting delivery and sprint goals
- Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities
- Promote self-organisation and empower the team to take ownership of delivery
- Monitor and report on sprint progress (including velocity, burndown, delivery metrics, and sprint reports)
- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional team members and stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and protect the team from external disruptions
- Maintain transparency of work using Agile tools (e.g. Jira dashboards/reports)
- Drive continuous improvement by turning retrospective learnings into actionable changes
What you'll bring
- Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery environments
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams to improve performance
- Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ADO Board
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities
- Servant leadership mindset, with proactive problem-solving and a calm approach in fast-paced settings
