Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Assist product owners and development teams in achieving their objectives.
- Report on Sprint progress and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
- Resolve conflicts and issues, and manage risks effectively.
- Utilize various Agile facilitation frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LESS, SAFe).
- Develop and use metrics in JIRA and Confluence to improve team processes and efficiencies.
- Work within a team with CI/CD pipelines.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adapt to hybrid working for occasional in-person meetings.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Active Security Clearance (SC).
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexible approach to hybrid working.
- Nice to have: Immediate availability, PRINCE 2 / SCRUM qualification, knowledge of Agile methods like XP, TDD, BDD, CI/CD.
- Experience coaching teams in Agile and DevOps environments.

I am currently working with a high end consultancy who seek a certified Scrum Master to join a business-critical programme with an instantly recognisable end client.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, leading and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Ability to help product owners and development teams to deliver their objectives
- Reporting on Sprint progress and capability to manage senior stakeholder expectations
- Experience in resolving conflicts and issues, determining and managing risks
- Ability to work with a variety of Agile facilitation frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LESS, SAFe)
- Strong knowledge of JIRA and Confluence and how metrics can be developed and used to improve processes and efficiencies of the team
- Experience of working within a team with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible approach towards hybrid working for occasionally required in-person meetings
Nice to have:
- Immediate availability
- Qualification (PRINCE 2 / SCRUM)
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methods such as XP, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
