Summary: The Scrum Master role requires a proven leader in Agile delivery with expertise in various Agile frameworks. The position involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
- Mentor Agile team members to build delivery excellence and self-organisation.
- Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and programme-level coordination.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and delivery flow.
- Identify and resolve systemic impediments to improve team performance and predictability.
- Use Agile metrics (e.g. velocity, cycle time, team health) to guide continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of psychological safety, innovation, and accountability.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record in Agile delivery.
