Scrum Master

Summary: The Scrum Master role requires a proven leader in Agile delivery with expertise in various Agile frameworks. The position involves coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Agile certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum, SAFe, or other scaled Agile frameworks.
• Mentor Agile team members to build delivery excellence and self-organisation.
• Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and programme-level coordination.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog readiness and delivery flow.
• Identify and resolve systemic impediments to improve team performance and predictability.
• Use Agile metrics (e.g. velocity, cycle time, team health) to guide continuous improvement.
• Champion a culture of psychological safety, innovation, and accountability.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong track record in Agile delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Agile certifications (e.g. PSM II, SAFe SSM) are a plus.
