Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
- Remove impediments to keep the development team focused and productive, guiding them to solutions when necessary.
- Utilise data to identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
- Assess and coach the team towards higher levels of Scrum maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Foster a trusting and psychologically safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of blame.
Job Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Knowledge and experience with Lean/Agile/Traditional methodologies.
- Proficiency with toolsets such as Atlassian suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership behaviours, capable of managing 2 Scrum teams of low to medium complexity.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to respond quickly to changing circumstances.
- Understanding and experience of using appropriate metrics for monitoring team performance.
Qualifications
- PSM1/CSM Qualifications or relevant experience (desirable).
- APM qualification or similar (desirable).
