Summary: A Scrum Master with a strong technical background in JAVA and APIs is needed to maintain the change backlog and collaborate with the wider BFA team to deliver on the Change agenda. The role requires facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and effective communication with stakeholders while managing technical risks and project milestones. The position is set to start ASAP and has a duration of 7 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of all Scrum Ceremonies, including daily scrum calls and backlog prioritisation.
- Providing clear and structured status updates to various Stakeholders and Consumers.
- Liaising with Project Managers or Product Owners, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues, and budget control.
- Providing input to the technical development approach of a project, balancing cost, time, quality, and risk.
- Assisting in the identification, management, and resolution of technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs).
Key Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master.
- 5-7 years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- 5-7 years in Agile Development Environment.
- Thorough understanding of full end to end SDLC.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
