Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will lead the implementation of agile and Scrum practices across teams, ensuring alignment with the client's agile Chapter. Your role involves facilitating Scrum events, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving the delivery of high-value solutions. You will also focus on coaching team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in adopting agile best practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Manage sprint planning and execution, providing transparency into progress and delivery forecasts.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance.
- Track and report on key agile metrics to drive visibility and informed decision-making.
- Support team members in developing agile skills and fostering accountability.
- Champion agile methodologies and contribute to training initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and understanding of agile principles.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification/experience.
- Experience in software development, IT project management, or related fields.
- Exposure to telecommunications, broadband, or OSS/BSS domains (preferred but not essential).
- Strong relationship-building skills for effective stakeholder management.
