Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in adopting agile best practices and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Manage sprint planning and execution, providing transparency into progress and delivery forecasts.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance.
