Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate team collaboration.
- Ensure SAFe practices are followed during project delivery.
- Deliver regulatory data projects aligned with BCBS 239 requirements.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Experience with regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally involving BCBS 239.
- Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
