Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies for two squads

• Mentor and train squad members in Agile practices, Scrum techniques, and Kanban methodologies
• Collaborate with product owners to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and new requests
• Monitor progress and performance, helping teams drive continuous improvement and implement effective change

Key Skills:

• 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Service Delivery Manager role
