I have an immediate 12 month contract opportunity for a Scrum Master to join an Infrastructure as a Service team with our Banking client in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a passion for driving Continuous Improvement.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption of Agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.

As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the adoption of Agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and prioritise tasks.
- Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement and Innovation within the team.
- Track and report on team performance metrics and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally within Corporate/Financial Services environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience of working with Virtual Teams ideal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience with IaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, Software Development projects is highly desirable.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
