Job title : Scrum Master (6+ years) WFO - Hybrid-3 days/week

Below is a brief summary of the role: Act as Scrum Master for cross-functional product development teams.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive sprint execution, backlog grooming, and release planning activities.
Track and report project progress, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Coordinate with engineering, product owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure timely delivery.
Remove impediments and enable the team to achieve sprint objectives.
Promote Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and team collaboration.
Preference for candidates with a strong understanding of Mechanical/Product Engineering domains, particularly within automotive programs.
Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps , or similar Agile project management tools.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Good-to-Have (Preferred): Automotive domain experience.
Mechanical/Product Engineering exposure.
Certifications such as CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master) .
