Summary: The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating Agile Scrum processes at a client site in the UK. This role involves coaching the team on Agile principles, ensuring efficient workflows, and delivering high-quality solutions. The Scrum Master will also work closely with the Product Developer to manage the product backlog and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that impede team progress.

Key Skills:
