Summary: A Scrum Master with a strong technical background in JAVA and APIs is sought to maintain the change backlog and collaborate with the wider BFA team to achieve the Change agenda. The role requires facilitation of Scrum ceremonies and effective communication with stakeholders. The position is hybrid, requiring two days in the Knutsford office and three days of remote work. The contract duration is seven months, starting ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitation of all Scrum Ceremonies, including daily scrum calls and backlog prioritisation, feeding into wider Data Platform Prioritisation where appropriate
• Providing clear and structured status updates to various Stakeholders and Consumers
• Liaising, and working closely, with Project Managers or Product Owners, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues, and budget control
• Provide input to the technical development approach of a project, balancing cost, time, quality, and risk
• Assist in the identification, management and resolution of technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAIDs)

Key Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master
• 5-7 years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• 5-7 years in Agile Development Environment
• Thorough understanding of full end to end SDLC
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency
