Key Responsibilities:

- Actively coach and mentor team members to elevate agile maturity and performance
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain key performance metrics like burndown charts to ensure transparency
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate interdependent releases and deliver end-to-end value
- Present ideas and updates clearly and concisely to various audiences
- Balance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectations

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Certified Scrum Master; advanced certifications a plus
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in agile environments and tools (e.g., Jira, Kanban, Lean)
