Summary: The Scrum Master role involves managing one or multiple Scrum teams within a banking client for a 6-month contract. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge technical teams with business needs while adhering to Agile principles. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. This role is classified as inside IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing one or multiple Scrum teams
- Matrix management: ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, the project, and the wider business
- Strong stakeholder engagement/management
- 3rd party supplier management
- Planning and scoping of the required work to act as the framework for delivery
- Working with the PMO and release Train Engineer to manage budget expenditure
- RAID management - management of risks and issues and dependencies through the PI and scrum processes
- Live by the values and practices of Scrum and embed the Agile culture at all levels
- Assesses the Scrum maturity and act upon it
