Summary: The role of Scrum Master involves managing one or multiple Scrum teams within a banking client on a 6-month contract, classified as inside IR35. The successful candidate will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, supplier management, and embedding Agile culture while ensuring effective delivery frameworks. The position requires strong collaboration with technical teams and project management offices. Preferred experience includes infrastructure projects and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing one or multiple Scrum teams
- Matrix management: ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, the project, and the wider business
- Strong stakeholder engagement/management
- 3rd party supplier management
- Planning and scoping of the required work to act as the framework for delivery
- Working with the PMO and release Train Engineer to manage budget expenditure
- RAID management - management of risks and issues and dependencies through the PI and scrum processes
- Live by the values and practices of Scrum and embed the Agile culture at all levels
- Assesses the Scrum maturity and act upon it
Key Skills:
- Experience in infrastructure projects, especially VMware
- Cloud platform experience
- Rapid delivery for data products with conceptions to MVP release
- Strong 3rd party supplier management

Lorien's banking client are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside IR35.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
