Summary: The role of Scrum Master focuses on leading Azure Data projects within a prominent Healthcare Insurer. The position requires proven experience in the Healthcare and Insurance sectors, emphasizing Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. The Scrum Master will facilitate team activities and ensure adherence to Scrum principles while managing project progress. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days on-site in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
- Manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and scalability in Azure Cloud Data programmes.
Key Skills:
- Proven commercial experience as a Scrum Master in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes.

Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Scrum Master in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes, with the ability to data integrity, security and scalability.
- Previous experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- The ability to manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps.
