Summary: The Scrum Master role in Manchester involves facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Project management experience in waterfall and agile.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Data delivery principles for client across other teams in organisation.
- Follow Agile practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Jira, kanban and Confluence collaboration for delivering high-quality increments.
- Support Project Planning and resourcing needs, enabling alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Own delivery accountability with Program manager, ensuring commitments are met within scope, time, and quality.
- Coordinate across teams and stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies for successful outcomes.

- Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and stakeholder management.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
