Summary: The Scrum Master will lead agile delivery for a high-performing tech team focused on AI, data, and chatbot projects at a leading Global Consulting Firm. This role involves coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring effective communication and delivery practices, particularly with Microsoft Purview for data governance. The position is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence in London, and is set to last until the end of December 2025. The ideal candidate will have experience in data-led or AI environments and a strong grasp of agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate work across multiple data and AI streams with fast-moving priorities.
• Translate product requirements into clear deliverables for development teams.
• Engage with chatbot developers and AI engineers to unblock delivery.
• Support the use of Microsoft Purview and data governance processes.
• Assist in shaping story points and velocity with junior team members.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in data-led or AI/tech-heavy environments.
• Strong understanding of data delivery practices; Microsoft Purview exposure preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing backlogs, prioritising stories, and driving agile ceremonies.
• Comfortable guiding junior/early-career tech teams and cross-functional squads.
• Excellent communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver.
