Summary: The Scrum Master will lead agile delivery for AI, data, and chatbot workstreams at a leading Global Consulting Firm. This role involves coordinating a high-performing tech team focused on building AI solutions and utilizing Microsoft Purview for data governance. The position requires strong leadership in agile practices and effective communication with cross-functional teams. The contract is set to last until the end of December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and backlog grooming
• Coordinate work across multiple data and AI streams with fast-moving priorities
• Translate product requirements into clear deliverables for development teams
• Engage with chatbot developers and AI engineers to unblock delivery
• Support use of Microsoft Purview and data governance processes
• Assist in shaping story points and velocity with junior team members

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in data-led or AI/tech-heavy environments
• Strong understanding of data delivery practices; Microsoft Purview exposure preferred
• Demonstrated success managing backlogs, prioritising stories, and driving agile ceremonies
• Comfortable guiding junior/early-career tech teams and cross-functional squads
• Excellent communicator, self-starter, and problem-solver
