Summary: The role of Scrum Master / Business Analyst focuses on leading a critical healthcare data project within a prominent healthcare insurer. The position requires expertise in Azure Data projects and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. The candidate will facilitate Scrum practices and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring two days on-site per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritise the product backlog.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and scalability in Azure Cloud Data programmes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage relationships.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Knowledge of LLM and Azure Machine Learning (ALM) / Azure AI.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- CSM certification or equivalent agile certification.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

My client is an instantly recognisable Healthcare Insurer who urgently require a Scrum Master / Business Analyst with expertise in Azure Data projects to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial experience working as a Scrum Master in the Healthcare and Insurance Industry.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud Data programmes, with the ability to data integrity, security and scalability.
- Previous experience facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong understanding of LLM.
- An understanding of Azure Machine Learning (ALM) / Azure AI.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare & Insurance industry regulations and Data privacy standards.
- The ability to manage and track project progress using Agile tools and methodologies, preferably DevOps.
- CSM certification or equivalent agile certification.
- Previous experience of collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and team members to define and prioritise the product backlog.
