Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
- Work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams and business stakeholders to drive delivery and continuous improvement
- Manage dependencies, blockers and delivery risks across multiple teams
- Support Agile best practices and help foster a collaborative team environment
- Maintain strong Jira hygiene and reporting across delivery workstreams
Key Skills:
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within banking
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams in complex environments
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and SDLC
- Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
