Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach vertical Squads to transition from Kanban to Scrum or hybrid models.
- Assist Product Managers/Owners with backlog hygiene, story slicing, and value proposition.
- Unblock teams and escalate dependencies as necessary.
- Establish a "Scrum of Scrums" or Agile sync to enhance team collaboration.
Key Skills:
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master/Coach in SaaS technology environments.
- Strong alignment skills for teams and Agile working practices.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP methodologies.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Are you a tech savvy Scrum Master with strong leadership and influencing skills? You could be joining a market leading software house that's remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide, on a six month fixed term contract.
As a Scrum Master you will bring the product and engineering teams together, aligning Agile ways of working, raising the bar on engineering practices, unblocking delivery and fostering a collaborative team culture, all pulling towards the same goal.
You'll facilitate Scrum events (Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coach vertical Squads to move from a Kanban approach to a sustainable Scrum or hybrid model, coach Product Managers / Owners on backlog hygiene, story slicing and value proposition and help unblock teams, escalating dependencies and establishing a "Scrum of Scrums" or Agile sync to bring teams together.
Location / WFH: You'll join colleagues in the London office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home.
About You
You are an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Coach with SaaS technology environments
You are skilled at aligning teams and Agile working practices
You have a deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and are pragmatic about their application
You are a skilled communicator, able to influence others, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
You're data driven, can product metrics and demonstrate impact
