Summary: The role of Scrum Master requires a candidate with a strong technical background and certification in Scrum methodologies. The individual will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage change backlogs, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This position is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement and is set to last until the end of December 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily scrum calls and backlog prioritization.
• Provide clear and structured status updates to various stakeholders and consumers.
• Liaise with project managers or product owners, keeping them updated on progress against milestones, risks, issues, and budget control.
• Provide input to the technical development approach of a project, balancing cost, time, quality, and risk.
• Assist in the identification, management, and resolution of technical risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAIDs).

Key Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in an Agile development environment.
• Thorough understanding of the full end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Good skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Experience in software and solution design across distributed and integrated architectures.
• Hands-on technical experience in building/implementing software.
• Experience working in financial services.
