Summary: The role of Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead involves overseeing major technology transformation programmes, ensuring effective delivery and meaningful change within a complex IT environment. The position requires outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams while running Agile ceremonies. The candidate must have a proven background in similar roles and be able to attend site as needed. This is an umbrella engagement based in South West England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Need to have worked on Major Programmes of Work for Technology Transformation - Shaping and Owning Delivery
  • Drive Meaningful Change across a Unique and Complicated IT Estate in a fast moving setting
  • Run Agile Ceremonies; manage team velocities, ensure all technical discovery, documentation and delivery is on track and address hurdles to maintain programme momentum
  • Work closely with Developers and Testers
  • Must have proven background as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in complex environment
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross functional teams.
  • 6 months
