Summary: The role of Scrum Master requires an individual with Active Security Clearance (SC) to facilitate Agile delivery and enhance workflow management for a prominent consultancy's high-profile client. The position demands strong expertise in Jira and a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, alongside excellent stakeholder management skills. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a competitive daily rate. The contract duration is 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Agile delivery and optimize workflow management.
- Utilize Jira Software for managing Epics, boards, workflows, and reporting.
- Manage delivery in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage their expectations.
- Apply knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Active Security Clearance (SC).
- Strong hands-on expertise with Jira Software.
- Understanding of secure or deployed environments.
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) are a plus.

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who are currently seeking a Scrum Master with Active Security Clearance (SC). You'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and optimising workflow management for a major, high-profile end client.
Key Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Strong, hands-on expertise with Jira Software (Epics, boards, workflows, reporting)
- Understanding of secure or deployed environments, including air-gapped or restricted networks
- Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
- Proven ability to manage delivery in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience working across large-scale client programmes
- Familiarity with government digital standards or delivery frameworks
- Exposure to integrating legacy systems and modern cloud-native platforms (e.g. AWS)
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices within secure environments
- Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
